pain under left shoulder blade and in chest

i was recently pushing a car into a garage and i slipped basically falling onto the hood of the car. the pain following was my whole left shoulder went numb and i couldnt move it for about 2 min. after that the pain kind of went away i came home and went to sleep. the next morning the was a huge pain under my shoulder blade and in my chest.

Hi Sounds like when you slipped, you have torn a muscle, these are just one of these things, that just happen, best to just give it time to heal, it will if but slowly.

Rest is best.
